BEFORE ARRIVAL IN THE BVI:

• Negative PCR test within 5 days of flight to the BVI for all travelers from a low-risk country, and within 3 days before arrival from a medium and high-risk country. Basically, every country besides New Zealand is currently considered a high-risk country by the CDC. You can track the risk-status of your country here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/map-and-travel-notices.html

• Proof of medical travel insurance that includes COVID-19 coverage.

• Travelers must subscribe to a contract tracing app on their cell phones and a tracking bracelet for the quarantine period.

• Register on the BVI Gateway portal (www.bvigateway.bviaacloud.com) and upload all relevant documents at least 48 hours before travel to the BVI. The website will issue a Traveler Authorization Certificate that must be presented upon arrival in the BVI. 

• Before boarding a flight to the BVI, approved travelers must present the Authorization Certificate along with the negative PCR test result at the check-in counter.

• Beef Island airport is currently the only port of entry.

UPON ARRIVAL IN THE BVI:

• Travelers will be directed to a screening area for a PCR test at the airport upon arrival.

• Certified ground transportation is mandatory from the airport to the villa.

ON ISLAND:

• For the first 4 days, guests must remain within the villa’s compound and avoid contact with others outside of their party.

• On day 4 after arrival, guests will have to take another PCR test.

• Once the result is of tis test is negative, guests will be allowed to move freely within the BVI.

OTHER:

• The cost of the tracking device bracelet and the two PCR tests is $175 per person.

• Children under the age of 5 years will not be tested.
